Support for those affected — and for the people who care for them
We support older adults and their families who have been affected by scams, fraud, financial abuse, or cybercrime. We also work with carers, professionals, and organisations seeking guidance in supporting victims of fraud.
Two kinds of support, working together
Investigative Support
We help clients understand what has happened, organise evidence, identify next steps, and explore available recovery options. We provide practical guidance throughout the process and help clients regain a sense of control and security.
Emotional & Wellbeing Support
The impact of fraud extends far beyond financial loss. We provide compassionate emotional support to help clients rebuild confidence, reduce anxiety, process difficult emotions, and move forward with greater resilience and peace of mind.
Protection & Guidance
We help individuals and families recognise risks, strengthen personal safeguards, and develop confidence in preventing future scams and financial exploitation.
The practical and the emotional matter equally
Most services focus on the practical aspects of fraud but not the emotional impact. We believe both are equally important.
By combining investigative expertise with psychology-informed wellbeing support, we provide a holistic approach to recovery. Our goal is not only to help people understand what has happened, but also to help them rebuild trust, confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
Two people. One caring, joined-up approach.
Mark
Mark provides investigative support, helping clients navigate the practical challenges that arise following fraud and financial crime. He has extensive experience working with older adults affected by scams, financial exploitation, and cybercrime — giving him a deep understanding of both the practical and personal impact these offences can have.
Tatiana
Tatiana has trained in Counselling and Psychotherapy and as a Chair Yoga and Wellbeing Facilitator. Over more than seven years she has supported older adults and vulnerable individuals to improve their emotional wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life. She has a real soft spot for this generation and feels privileged to support them through life’s challenges with patience and understanding.
